1. Returns can not be accepted, as we have no control over storage and handling of food products once out of our possession.

2. All orders are to be paid in full prior to delivery or pick up, unless by prior arrangement.

3. Best before dates are valid when the product remains frozen.

4. Backordered products, ordered before Tuesday will be available for collection or pickup 7 days later, Backorders received after Tuesday, will be allocated to the next Tuesday’s backorders. (Changes may occur around statutory holidays or inclimate weather interrupting deliveries inbound and outbound)

Order cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before delivery or pick up is scheduled.

Unfortunately as we sell food products returns can not be accepted.

In the case of a faulty product, please send photographs and a clear/concise email outlining the issue to crackatinniepies@gmail.com, if the product is deemed faulty, a replacement will be supplied on your next delivery, in the case of a reseller or for consumers a replacement product will be available for collection during Frieday Pieday, (Fridays 4pm-6pm).
